A key to change

Many things happen within us without us choosing them .
Compulsions, ruminations, overactive reactions... so many situations where willpower is not always enough to get out of them.

Hypnosis is a simple and accessible tool , which allows you to bypass the

mental resistance to directly address unconscious mechanisms

that influence us in our daily lives.

The goal is to understand and unravel emotions, reactions, blockages, to bring fluidity and coherence into our thoughts, our actions and our relationships.

By sorting through everything that is holding us back, we give ourselves the space to develop in our own way , in accordance with who we are and what really matters to us.

The idea is not to achieve a high-performance, optimized version of oneself, but rather to tame oneself , to approach oneself with kindness in order to become one's own support.

An altered state of consciousness

Cognitive science recognizes this state as a distinct altered state of consciousness (ASC) , with measurable effects on the brain, attention, and behavior.

An EMC is a state of mind that differs from our usual mental state.

That of hypnosis is:

- focused attention : being entirely focused on one thing, to the exclusion of others

- a reduction in critical thinking : rationalizing, considering things as possible or not)

- increased receptivity to suggestions : a suggestion is a proposition made to the unconscious.

These changes make unconscious processes temporarily accessible .

Unconscious processes are the set of automatic mechanisms that influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without our awareness . This includes perception, memory, learning, decision-making—everything that happens behind the scenes of our thinking.

Much of our behavior is based on these automatisms .

They can be based on emotional associations (such situation = danger), implicit anticipations ("I will fail", "I will be abandoned"), internal shortcuts... In short, all the adaptive mechanisms that have allowed the human species to survive until now.

Access to the unconscious
 

A transformation through imagination

Hypnosis allows us to create a temporary bridge with these processes.
By connecting to emotional memories, conditioning, and anticipation patterns, it allows us to propose new ways of perceiving, feeling, or acting .

 

By experiencing the same situation internally, but perceiving it differently,
the brain creates a new internal experience , which allows it to integrate something other than the usual response and thus to modify its automatisms.

By understanding the triggers of stress or overflow, and by welcoming emotions differently .

By exploring relational patterns (abandonment, difficulties setting limits , self-effacement, etc.) and the needs that underlie them.

By desensitizing disproportionate panic reactions (airplane, crowd, emptiness, etc.) linked to emotional associations.

Soften painful memories

By modifying the emotional charge linked to certain memories, to allow for more peaceful integration .

And hypnosis also adapts to lighter and more playful explorations : stimulating creativity , exploring lucid dreams , learning a skill , exploring desires , reconnecting with one's body or sensations.

There are as many possible applications as there are imaginable desires!

We will move forward together , at your own pace, and combine your will with my knowledge to unravel what is preventing you from being where you want to be.

The Sessions

How many sessions are needed?

It all depends on your goal. Follow-ups for minor or behavioral issues can be very brief, from 1 to 3 sessions .

 

For deeper issues, which call for global transformations , follow-ups can be longer, given the gradual changes that this implies.

I practice sessions of 1h30 for the first meeting , and between 1h and 1h30 for the following ones .

 

For the first meeting, I take the time to set the framework , to clarify with you what you are going through, and to refine your objectives .

Then we work on putting you into hypnosis and make sure you feel comfortable and confident.

Sometimes these steps take up the entire session. This time of exploration is already a first step in transformation , and solid foundations allow for lasting change .

Then, we move forward through the meetings, adapting as you progress. You choose to make appointments, as long as you feel you need to.

 

Sessions are generally spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart, to allow time for changes to take hold before continuing the support.

I suggest some options and you choose the one that suits you, in a co-creation approach.

I also make my practice as transparent as possible, so that you can grasp its meaning, make it your own , and then use it for yourself .

Your stories, your emotions, your approach here are never transmitted or mentioned elsewhere.

This space belongs to you , with the strictest respect.

Location

At home

I travel to your home, within a 30 km radius around Marval (87)

By video

If you prefer, I can also conduct the sessions via video, for greater simplicity and comfort .

Duration

Sessions last 90 minutes for the first meeting and 60 to 90 minutes for subsequent sessions , depending on your needs.

Price

Package sessions

The sessions are priced at

60 euros

whether they last 60 or 90 minutes.

A solidarity rate can be set up if necessary, so that you can take care of yourself despite limited resources.

Contraindications

My only legitimacy is that which you give me. I train, I research, I read to continue developing my knowledge, out of passion and out of respect for you.

But I am neither a doctor, nor a psychiatrist, nor a psychologist .


My support is dedicated to well-being.

  • Heavy addictions : alcoholism, drug addiction

  • Serious eating disorders : anorexia, bulimia

  • Severe psychiatric disorders : schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, major depressions, dissociative disorders

  • Psychological emergency situations : suicidal thoughts, acute crisis states

I strongly urge you to see qualified professionals for your safety.

The limits of hypnosis

It does not replace willpower.

Hypnosis is a support on your own path .

It is only as effective as your commitment and what you are willing to do for yourself .

It does not allow you to recover forgotten memories.

We can work on the emotional charge and impact of certain memories, without being able to guarantee their veracity.
The hypnotic state, by increasing suggestibility , makes it even easier to create false memories — a phenomenon that already exists outside of hypnosis, in everyday life.

It offers an individual response to sometimes systemic problems

Changing yourself to fit into a dysfunctional system is not always the solution.
Hypnosis can support well-being, but

It does not erase the social or structural causes of suffering.
